| In 2003 a husband and wife team started their company out of a one car garage with just a table saw and a few rough sketches of furniture designs on notebook paper. Lauren, the wife, has been a design artist since she graduated college and her husband, Kevin, had been building furniture that Lauren designed for family and friends. It was not long after their first large order that they left their careers behind, convinced Lauren’s dad, Larry, to come out of retirement and help run the business, and together they began to build a cottage industry business from scratch. Over the years they have grown to make this little furniture company an American success story. Their offerings include cottage inspired, colorful, completely customizable, furniture for every room. |
