Please note that the birthstones used are cubic zirconia and lab created stones. Lab created stones offer exceptional color and clarity and are free from any cracks and imperfections that are commonly found in natural stones (see Detailed Photos for birthstone images). This substantial pendant is showcased on a beautiful cut rope sterling silver chain that comes with an adjustable 2" extension. Necklace comes presented with a Certificate of Authenticity and complete heirloom package.
